UK Shipments (with exception to Northern Irland)

1Carrier: All UK shipments are handled by Royal Mail using their 24-hour Signed For service. If you require special delivery by 1pm please feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

2Delivery Time: Orders received by 3 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 24 hours.

3Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

4Signature Requirement: A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your order.

5Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
International Shipments

1Carrier: All international shipments are handled by Royal Mail using their International Signed For service.
