Shipping policy

UK Shipments (with the exception of Northern Ireland):

  • Carrier: All UK shipments are handled by Royal Mail.
  • Delivery Time: Orders received by 2 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the service chosen, weight, and dimensions of your order.

International Shipments:

  • Carrier: All international shipments are handled by Royal Mail using their International Signed For service.
  • Delivery Time: Orders received by 2 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, generally ranging from 4-7 business days.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
  • Signature Requirement: A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your order.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the destination country.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers:
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, all shipments from the UK to the USA may be subject to additional tariffs, including a baseline 10% import duty and possible higher rates on certain goods. Customers in the United States are fully responsible for any such tariffs, duties, or related fees imposed upon entry. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be settled directly by the recipient with U.S. Customs before delivery can be completed.

General Information:

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, including details of your purchase and estimated delivery times.
  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email with your tracking information.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Late Deliveries: Please note that Yousef Redha cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by the courier company once your order has been dispatched.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours from the time of receiving the item. See our Return & Refund policy for the details.
